Clarke County Schools are very excited about continuing our partnership with MySchoolFees.com for the 2024-2025 school year. This service allows parents to conveniently pay school fees/expenses with a credit card. (This service is currently not available for Child Nutrition and there is a 3.5% surcharge.)In order to participate, parents will need to pick up their child’s MySchoolFees letter containing instructions about the program and their student’s unique identification number.Student letters should be picked up Monday, July 22nd at the following times and locations:Students of ALL Jackson Schools should pick up their MySchoolFees letter at Gillmore Elementary from 8-11 on Monday, July 22nd.Students of ALL Grove Hill Schools should pick up their MySchoolFees letter at Clarke County High School from 1-3 on Monday, July 22nd.Beginning with the 2024-2025 school year, ALL school transactions will be cash or card only. Checks will no longer be accepted.*Letters will be available at your child’s school during school registration if you are unable to pick up on Monday.
