• COMMUNITY ELIGIBILITY

    Effective July 8, 2014

The Clarke County Board of Education is participating in a pilot program, Community Eligibility Provision (CEP), which allows schools to offer both breakfast and lunch at NO CHARGE to students while eliminating the traditional school meal application process. This program not only helps those who were already qualified for free or reduced meals, but also helps those that did not qualify and had trouble meeting the needs of the students.

Students WILL NOT have to pay for their meals each day!

The student WILL have to pay for any extra items they wish to purchase. For example, a student may wish to select an extra pizza and an extra milk, the student would be responsible for paying for these items. Students may not charge A La Carte items or extra sales.

PayPAMS, the online student account management system, will be available to add funds to your student’s account. They will be able to use their accounts for A La Carte and extra sales. To sign up for PayPAMS, go to paypams.com and follow the online instructions.

Meal prices for the SY 2020-2021 are as follows:

    Lunch      Breakfast

    2nd Student Meal          $2.50       $2.00
    Employee                     $3.75       $2.25
    Visitor                          $4.50       $2.25

Thank you for your continued support of our students!

    Sincerely,
    Mallory Phillippi, CNP Director
