Parents: We are working on learing to identify the alphabet...not just sing the Alphabet Song! We are also learning our numbers 1-5.
Routines and procedures are a big part of our classroom. Look for pictures of our new rug with the large squares, that are large enough for each student to sit comfortably at "Circle Time"!

Bio
My name is Wendy Christian. I am happy to say, I am back teaching Kindergarten at Gillmore Elementary School. I have been an ARI instructional coach based at Gillmore Elementary School for the past 11 years. I have previously taught Kindergarten and First Grade. I graduated with a bachelors in Early Childhood Education from Troy State University. I received a masters degree in Early Childhood Education from the University of West Alabama. I am considered highly qualified. I am married to Doug Christian and have two children, John and Caroline.
